📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and develop sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Present and demonstrate Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp.'s products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales and build long-term customer relationships.
• Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence in the local electrical and lighting market.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. remains competitive in the market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical and lighting industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field activities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
