📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of heavy mining equipment (A2B).
• Manage a team of skilled technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle any maintenance task.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to optimize equipment performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure all maintenance work is documented and reported accurately.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and mining operations.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance and safety (e.g., CME, NCCER, or equivalent).
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with mining regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
