📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the accounting and credit control functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
• Lead a team of accountants and credit controllers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and financial integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and credit control, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
