As a Cook and Cook Helper, you'll be part of a dynamic team that prepares delicious meals for our guests, ensuring they enjoy every bite of their culinary journey.

In this role, you'll work closely with our head chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from traditional Balinese cuisine to international favorites. You'll also assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including traditional Balinese cuisine and international favorites.
• Assist the head chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and ready for use.
• Help with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the kitchen for daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment.
• Assist in preparing and serving meals to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Balinese cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
