📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics
- Proficient in using SAP and Jira for logistics operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with shipping and freight forwarding processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
