• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that all aspects of the facility are well-maintained and that members have access to a wide range of sports and recreational activities.
• Manage a team of dedicated professionals, including facility managers, instructors, and customer service representatives, to ensure that the club's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction, such as organizing special events, workshops, and tournaments, and providing personalized attention to members.
• Work closely with the board of directors to ensure that the club's vision and mission are realized, and to develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maintain the club's reputation as a premier destination for sports and recreation in Jakarta Selatan.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring that the club's operations are financially sustainable and profitable.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the club's facilities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, vendors, and community partners, to foster a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the sports and recreation industry, with a proven track record of success in managing high-end facilities.
• Proven experience in luxury service management, including managing staff, budgeting, and member relations.
• Strong understanding of financial management and the ability to monitor and analyze financial performance.
