📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain fabric pressing and finishing machinery, including but not limited to steam presses, ironers, and finishing machines.
• Ensure that garments are pressed and finished to the highest quality standards, adhering to company specifications and customer requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on pressing and finishing equipment.
• Monitor and maintain optimal levels of steam, water, and other resources to ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in quality control processes, including inspections and defect identification.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fabric pressing and finishing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
• Familiarity with fabric pressing and finishing machinery, including steam presses, ironers, and finishing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
