📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Nissan vehicles.
• Assist in test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and performance of Nissan models.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service, including follow-up visits and addressing customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions using our in-house CRM system.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and Nissan's latest promotions and offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with Nissan vehicles and their features is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
