📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with Fashion Designers to source high-quality fabrics and accessories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create visuals for marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Present and defend merchandise plans to stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement restocking strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
