• Manage and track debt recovery efforts using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Contact debtors through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to negotiate payment plans and settle outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debt recovery activities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
• Provide regular reports on debt recovery progress and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to debtors, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt recovery or a related field.
