📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of products.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Monitor and manage warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or warehouse industry.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory control systems.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
