📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy, including stock management and inventory control.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to customers, including medication information and treatment options.,Maintain high standards of patient care and hygiene in the pharmacy.,Assist customers with their health and beauty needs, including product recommendations and usage advice.,Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best service.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of pharmacy services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Professional and friendly demeanor, with a customer-centric approach.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
