📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
