• Leading and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Identifying areas for process innovation and implementing improvements.
• Conducting root cause analysis and problem-solving to address production issues.
• Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and production staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
