📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate administrative functions to support the overall operations of the company.,Oversee office management, including space planning, furniture, and equipment.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Manage company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company activities and transactions.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs or similar role.,Strong knowledge of administrative and operational functions.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
