📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers,Train and supervise junior cashiers,Monitor cash drawer and ensure sufficient cash is available,Prepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable),Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
