Cafe Fitri Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cashier & Bank to join our team in Palu. As a Senior Cashier & Bank, you will be responsible for managing all cash transactions, handling bank operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of financial activities in our cafe. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions, including sales, deposits, and withdrawals.,Handle bank operations, including reconciling bank statements and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Ensure the smooth flow of financial activities in the cafe, including invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking.,Oversee the cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their financial transactions are handled efficiently.,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate supplies of currency and coins.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management as required.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier and bank operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and procedures.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with cash handling and security procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
