📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Assist in the preparation and organization of the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Promote a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
