📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the logistics operation, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation.,Oversee the loading, unloading, and storage of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Monitor and maintain the condition of vehicles and equipment, and ensure they are in safe working order.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the logistics operation meets its targets.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide training and support to the logistics team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
