📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and supervise junior store administrators to maintain high performance standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Implement and monitor store security measures to protect inventory and staff.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
