📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and other staff to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.,Manage the banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during event setup and execution.,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the event.,Prepare and maintain banquet menus, ensuring they are in line with client preferences and dietary restrictions.,Organize and manage event supplies and equipment, ensuring they are available and in good condition.,Prepare and present event reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Strong leadership and organizational skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Understanding of health and safety regulations for event management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
