📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Stock and maintain merchandise in a well-organized manner.,Promote products and services to potential customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
