📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Conducting financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assessing internal controls to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Providing guidance and support to other team members on audit-related matters.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our internal audit function.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
