As HVAC Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, maintenance, and energy management of our HVAC systems. You'll work closely with our facilities team to ensure seamless integration of our climate control systems with other building services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and energy management of HVAC systems across all Rukita office spaces in Jakarta.
• Conduct regular system inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and maximize system lifespan.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining comfort standards.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HVAC technology and sustainability.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Work closely with the property management team to address tenant concerns and maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., BIBB, TABB, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard software.
• Proven track record of energy efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is preferred.
