Web One Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Cianjur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be based in our Cianjur office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and receiving and shipping.
  • Ensuring that all warehouse operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Implementing and maintaining warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent loss or damage.
  • Working with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Monitoring warehouse performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team and with other departments.
  • A proven track record of managing inventory and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or logistics, is preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
