📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waiter in managing the dining room and ensuring smooth operations.,Take food and beverage orders from customers accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and friendly manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and utensils.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Uphold the restaurant's standards of service and cleanliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
