📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.,Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of training programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
