📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess insurance needs of clients through bancassurance channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Provide personalized financial solutions and recommendations to clients.
• Manage and process insurance policies, including underwriting, policy issuance, and claims handling.
• Monitor and report on insurance sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance products with banking services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in insurance and banking.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, bancassurance, or a related role.
• Certification in insurance products and services, such as Life Insurance License (LIL) or similar.
• Strong understanding of bancassurance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and insurance sales tools like IFG Life's proprietary system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of banking and financial services industry is a plus.
