📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and networking equipment.,Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and reliability.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.,Monitor and maintain system performance and availability.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Experience with networking protocols and devices (e.g., TCP/IP, routers, switches).,Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
